CANCELLATION POLICY
If you must cancel we will refund your registration less a €30 non-refundable cancellation fee.
Your mail should reach info@istvc.org on or before Friday 17 May 2019. After that time we are unable to refund your conference fee.
All applicable refunds will be processed after the event.
