Costis Dallas 
Chairman and senior researcher of criticalpublics.com, and lecturer in the Dept of Communication and Mass Media, Panteion University, where he teaches courses on arts management, museum communication and cultural heritage informatics. His research interests include cultural heritage strategy and communication, the impact of information technology on the arts, cultural information systems, and hypermedia application design. He holds M.Phil and doctoral degrees from the University of Oxford, and has served in management and advisory positions in the Benaki Museum, the Foundation of the Hellenic World, and in the Ministries of Education and Foreign Affairs of Greece.
