Registration fees include
Attendance, Conference material, Certificate of Attendance, Coffee Breaks and Lunches.
Students should attach a copy of their student ID card to their registration form.
Workshops during the Conference
Four workshops will be running during the Conference (12 hours each), from Wednesday till Friday. Their full programme will be finalized on a later date. Attendants will get a certificate of attendance.

Discount policy
Group registration of 10 or more Delegates/Students are subject to a 10% discount of the above fees. One day conference pass and Workshops are not subject to discount.
Cancellation
Is possible with refund of the total fee less 25% administrative charge up until 30 April 2002 and must be requested in written from the Conference Secretariat.
Early registration deadline
The early registration deadline is Friday 30 April 2002. Acceptance is based on the date the completed registration form is received by the Conference Secretariat.
Registration procedure
To register for the meeting, reserve hotel accommodation and book optional and post excursion trip, please complete the enclosed registration form and send it by fax to 'ARTION Conferences & Events'. To secure reservation please fill in the credit card section on the registration form, regardless of the selected method of payment. A letter of confirmation will then be sent to you.
Exhibition registration
If you are taking a stand at the exhibition, you must also register separately to the Conference Secretariat and pay for the cost of the stand. Please contact the Secretariat and ask for the Exhibition Registration Form and further information on the participation procedure.

Registration, one (1) night hotel accommodation and 30% of Tours should be paid upon registration as to guarantee reservations. Full Debit should be settled by 20 May 2002.
Cancellation policy
The secretariat must be notified in writing/by fax of any cancellations.

Written cancellation received after 30 April 2002; 100% cancellation fee applies.
Hotels & Optional Tours
Written cancellation received by 30 April 2002; No cancellation fees.
Written cancellation received by 15 June 2002; One night cancellation fee applies.
Written cancellation received after 15 June 2002; 100% cancellation fees apply for Hotel & Tours.
All refunds will be processed after 15 July 2002.
No refunds will be given for unused parts of the Tour due to a break in the journey.
